All returns must be pre-approved by Mabo. Returns are accepted for store credit on unused and unwashed items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We are unable to offer cash returns, but merchandise credit does not expire. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest that all return packages are insured and tracked until delivered. Mabo is not responsible for lost return packages.
Please note that if you purchase through Afterpay, your installment payments may continue, as we will be issuing store credit through our shop.
The following items are final sale and we are unable to offer exchange or store credit: sale merchandise (both permanent markdowns and promotional sales), as well as underwear, vintage clothing, apothecary and home items. all international orders are final sale.
All items purchased on promotional sale are final sale. We are unable to apply promotions and discounts to previous orders that have already been placed.
Domestic ground orders are typically shipped within 2 business days via USPS and delivers within 3-5 days for most destinations within the US. Priority Mail and Overnight are available for additional charges, but please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any specific shipping requests or need your order at any specific time. We're more than happy to help accommodate rush orders, just let us know!
Unfortunately, once a package tracks with USPS as delivered, we cannot be responsible for replacing if stolen or missing. If you'd like to make sure the package requires your signature for delivery, please email us at the time of your order.
We offer (3) international shipping options:
- USPS First-Class mail (flat rate $18), which can take up to 4 weeks for delivery depending on your location
- USPS Priority Air (flat rate $40), about 7-10 days
- Fedex (flat rate $80), 4-7 days
Please understand that, due to transit time and shipping costs, all international orders are final sale.
First-Class Mail, and international mail in general, can be difficult to track. If you feel that it's taking longer than it should to receive your order, contact us at email@example.com to receive your Customs number, which can sometimes be used within your country's mail system to locate your package. Priority Air and Fedex parcels are able to be tracked, so please use these services if you'd like the extra security.
Unfortunately, we CANNOT be responsible for lost or missing international packages. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and packages returned rejected because of tariffs will not be refunded for shipping.
COVID-19 Shipping Delays
We are noticing longer than usual shipping delays. Please place your order with additional time to account for shipping variables outside of our control.
We are pleased to introduce our new store pick-up option! At the time of checkout, please select "store pick-up" from the listed shipping options. If this option is not available for you, please leave a comment at checkout that you would like to pick your items up in-store and we will contact you separately to refund shipping costs. Once your order has been placed, please allow for 24 hours after the next business day to process before it is available for pick-up. Once ready to pick-up you will receive an email notification. Please be prepared to show your order confirmation at time of pick-up.
