About Kirsten:

As an advocate for families for over a decade, Kirsten helps parents navigate the waves of adolescence, while learning how to talk with their teens by becoming authentically curious and truly present.

Through a validating approach and an open-hearted space Kirsten creates a foundation of radical openness and self-acceptance. She supports families in fostering rapport, cultivating real connection, transforming obstacles, and restoring harmony in the home.

Kirsten strongly believes through raising our consciousness, we are raising the next generation.
